Job Description
- Demonstrated experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and platforms specific to the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
