Desired Candidate Profile
- Follow the lead - replacement or new to closure.
- Profile shortlisting,
- Conduct internal testing interviews himself and take other panel help wherever needed,
- Co-ordination with managers for interviews, etc..
- HP Inc boarding process including VDI setup
- Onboarding to project under HP specific lead
- Follow-up with resource on KT and project induction from lead. If not bring it to attention
- Fortnightly connect with leads on project co-ordination
- Collect project status report and build repository
- Staffing project reviews with QF and DM
- Manage any performance related issues
- People management and performance appraisal discussions
- Manage monthly billing for the employees in scope
- Manage PIP
- Training co-ordination
- Offboarding of resource on exit
