Job Description

new international account hiring .

Must have minimum 6 months of International Voice Process Experience

Undergrads / Graduates both can be considered

Hiring Zone : West Delhi, South Delhi , Central Delhi & GGN only not more than 30 KMs from Cyberhub GGN

For Females : Only from GGN within range 15 KM of CyberHUb

( Female should be in radius of 10-15 KM area , lets keep this as GGN)

Login Time : 1:30 AM to 8:30 AM

Week : 4 days a week ,3 rostered off

BYOD: All candidates should have their systems at home / I-3 & I 5 Processor minimum , 4 GB Ram , Broadband Connection /Power Backup

Training & Nesting : During this period all will work from office till the time they meet their KPIs post which they can work from home permanently . ( This should not go beyond one month)

Hiring Process : HR Round >Ops Round > Client Round

1. Only 7 Hrs of shift/ that means they have of time to focus on their studies / or any other house work
2. Pilot Batch , that means all joining in the batch can become TL,QA , Trainers in future
3. One time meal on the house during their Training & Nesting
4. 3 week offs is industry first initiative
