Qualification: PUC & above

Experience: fresher or experience

Cost To Company: 11000 to 13500

Shift: Morning Shift, Night shift, split & Night

Position Summary: First point of contact to the customers.

Voice Process Communication Skills

• Typing speed of minimum 15 20 words per minute with 95% accuracy
• Customer service experience with strong customer focus
• Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Building sustainable customer relationships;

Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
