HIRING FOR THE VOICE PROCESS

HI,

We have an urgent requirement for the voice process.

Process :- India Mart, PayTm, Nykaa

Location: Noida

Functional Area: BPO/Customer Service

Job Description :-

Response to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Clear communication skill.
Attending customer queries over the call and providing solution.
Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to work duties. proper follow uo to customers.
Eligibility Criteria Should be excellent in English language.

Qualification: 12th passed out/ Under Grad./ Graduated

Required: Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Salary would be 17,000/-
