Role and Resposibilities

• At least 8 years of solid experience recruiting in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
• Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals, and job sites
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level.
• Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience in working on an (Excel, PPT, Word, Dashboard presentation)
• Preparing daily weekly monthly MIS reports on pipeline data.
• Analytical Skills

Education

Any Graduate + MBA in HR or PGDM-HR
