Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Annual business & Marketing plans for assigned brands / portfolio.

• Achieving the portfolio sales & profit objectives.

• Conceptualization, Designing of Marketing Inputs & Communications.

• Creating, implementing & Monitoring Brand campaigns.

• Attending to technical queries of Customers / Field Force on brands and portfolio.

• Training of Field Force.

• Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of Field Sales Team.

• Conducting Consultant/Technician meetings & giving Technical Presentations.

• Conducting Clinical Trials.

• Field work for assessing strategy effectiveness & implementation, competitor monitoring,
  KOL Working.

• Operating Trade Campaigns.
