Hiring Account Manager - Presales for a leading payments solutions company

  • Location: Mumbai
  • Experience: 5-8 years
  • Education: Graduate, MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
  • CTC: As per industry standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
  • To advise on bid / no bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
  • To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of the companys products and service offerings and methodologies
  • To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
  • To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts

Required Skills/Competencies

  • Experience: 5-8 years
  • Hands-on experience of project documentation and MS office is a must.
  • Experience in banking and payments industry is a must. Experience of Smart cities, transit or toll domain will be an added advantage
  • Connects in banking industry is highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Must have worked on targets and must have added NEW logos/clients
