Position Objective: This position will be responsible & accountable for developing, managing and training for the inside sales department. Run RCA analysis to identify qualitative & quantitative training needs and requirements for online sales team. Will work with call audit and sales team to ensure that timely quality assessment and feedback is provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership for developing, managing and training for the inside sales department.
- Responsible for induction & orientation for new joiners, refresher training, soft skills training, sales training, product training & process training.
- Responsible to train tele/online sales team for effective sales pitch. Listen and monitor the call logs to understand training needs for online sales team Prepare the training module & training calendar.
- Understand business model and devise the training plan accordingly.
- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs.
- Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met.
- Conduct periodic training need analysis Data analysis & preparing quality reports & dashboards for management review.
- Escalating issues that hamper the process.
