Dear Candidates,

Greetings for the day!!

We are hiring for Domestic/International processes so candidate must should be comfortable with voice processes and accordingly candidate (employee) have to resolve customer complaints and queries and if employee is not able to provide resolution then identify the queries and escalate issues to supervisors or seniors.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives, such as name, address, etc.

Provide services directly to customers through calls.

Keep records of customer interaction, details of enquiry, complaints and comments as well as action taken.

Skills required:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Interpersonal skills.

Exemplary customer service skills.

Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

10+2 / Graduation / Post Graduation.

Experienced/Freshers can also apply.

Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred (For experienced).

Annual Salary Offered

Rs 1.8 Lakh / PA to Rs 2.5 Lakh /PA (For freshers)

For Experienced Candidates we provide hike on last ctc.
