Roles and responsibilities:-
1. Generation of leads through various or existing sources.
2. Meeting with clients and customers for closing the business requirement.
3. Drive business targets.
4. Ensure self sourcing targets are achieved.
5. Business reporting, MIS on sales call, lead utilization and conversion are tracked, maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
Roles and responsibilities:-
1. Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads.
2. Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
3. Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.
4. Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend life insurance products to bank customers
5. Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
1. Age between:- 21 to 35 years
2. Minimum qualification:- Any graduate/post-graduate with basic communication
3. Good convincing skills.
4. 1+ year sales experience in banking, financial services and insurance industry preferred.
