We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage related role & responsibilities.

Job Title – Customer Care Executive

Job Description-

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. To take Feedback from through e-mail & Telephone.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure

resolution.

5. Maintain record of all Complaints & Feedback of customers

Qualification:                     BCA / Diploma IT

Criteria –

1. Minimum 0 - 1 years experience of Customer service representative.
2. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
3. Good Communication Skills, Fluency in English Language.
4. Good Listening Skills

Years of Experience:       0 – 1 Year

Joining:                                 Immediate basis

FIX Salary Range (FRESHERS):                    10000/- to 11000/-

CTC Salary Range (EXPERIENCED) :                    12000/- to 16000/-
