Job Description

  • Designing and conducting trials for new Secondary and tertiary packing material and reviewing Art works and Shade cards with strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Led complete documentation team with regards Production and packing includes QMS (Change Controls, Deviations, Quality Risk Management (Risk Assessment), and Investigations), Packaging material development, Preparation of SOP, Master Batch Records and protocols.
  • Handling of SAP activities with regards to Production and packing.
  • Packaging material and artwork designing (Labels, Pack Inserts and Cartons) and designing of BOM and master batch protocols Production and R&D.
  • Packaging material verification with regards to artwork, text and layout compatibility with reference to regulatory requirements and machinery compatibility by using e verification systems and manual check lists.
  • Handled Karomi Artwork verification system project installation to live mode.
  • URS, IQ, OQ, SOPs, CSV, PLC validation, Protocols and execution of qualification up to end user level.
  • artake in MOM, circulate and follow up the action points for the timely execution of the project.
  • Designing of packaging materials with regards User Specs and projects requirements along with serialization (Commercial & Project).
  • Review partakes with Designing and artwork department.
  • Managed human and materials resources needed with coordination of team members.
  • Led QMS for packing department. Prepared MBPR and BPR for ANDA filing.
  • Worked for artwork designing, Packing material selection and designing and BOM creation for new products.
  • Must have Injectable background.
  • Having exeperience of conducting trials, artwork.
