Job role - customer service executive

*Take inbound calls and solve queries over the phone as well as face to face.
*Help and resolve customer queries over the phone and chat.
*Supporting and helping customer and providing excellent service to customers.

Timing

Females-

1. 8 am to 5 pm

2. 10 am to  7 pm             

Males 

1. 10 am to 7 pm

2. 12 pm to 9 pm

*Sunday Fixed Off*
