Basic Requirement:
- 1 + years experience of ad operations, online marketing and advertising
- Experience working in an external client facing environment
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders with a high bias for action
- Sound judgment, attention to detail and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
- Comfort and experience with a fast paced start-up environment
Fluent in English & an excellent communicator
About role
we are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated ad operations expert to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with the Account management & Sales team to get a deep understanding of Display advertising products, develop technical/operational capabilities, and be responsible for all aspects of ad operations.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with Account management & sales to setting up campaigns, interacting with advertiser & agencies, raising the bar on creative quality, reporting and diving deep to provide insights to clients. To do this, you need to be extremely hands on, have a deep understanding of Display advertising products, technical/operational capabilities, and have the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Execute display campaigns by trafficking ads to customer properties: Customer owned & DSP channels
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights to the Account managers on a daily basis
- Maintain the highest standards around campaign setup and do a QA before campaign goes live
- Provide adhoc support and coverage to the account management team around campaign management & optimization whenever needed
- Assist in the development & moderation of creatives working in collaboration with Customers creative team and the advertisers.
- Provide account team with screenshots confirming creative went live
- Troubleshoot any technical/manual or implementation issues, collaborating with Account management teams to develop quick and sound solutions
- Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
- Provide end of campaign reporting and assist account managers with campaign data for advertisers during MBRs and QBRs.
