We hire our candidates as Management Trainees and train and develop them through a holistic approach in all functional areas of Business Management i.e., Marketing, Human Resource Management/Development, Finance and Operations as per the following certified Advantage Training Program (ATP):
Management Trainee => Corporate Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.
