Urgent hiring for BPO Telecallers/ Customer Care Executive

Salary: 17 to 19 k for Freshers(Domestic Process)

18 to 29 k For Experienced (Domestic and UK Process)

Working Days: 6 Days in a week

Shift Timing: 9:30 to 5:30/ 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm for UK process

Night shift allowance will be paid extra

Skill required:

1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL

2.EXPERIENCE with SALES PROFILE will be preferred

3. AGE SHOULD BE LESS THAN 29

4. NO MTI ISSUE

5. VOICE SHOULD BE CLEAN

6. Basic Computer knowledge

Description:

Customer handling on calls

Inbound calls handling

Make outbound calls for customer satisfaction

Make sale on call

lead generation

Customer's query solving
