Dear Candidates
We have a Immediate requirement of Fraud Analyst for one of our Client at Bangalore Location.
Summary
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2+ Years experience level is required.
Position: Fraud Analyst
Immediate joines preffered within 15 days joiners acceptable.
JD for Fraud Analyst (Trust & Safety):
Basic Qualifications:
Substantial experience working (min 2 years) in Online Fraud or Cyber Crime or Risk Management
Knowledge of social media, fraud trends and the technologies that support it
Familiarity with internet policy and regulatory environments like spam prevention, fraud detection, account takeovers etc.
Able to demonstrable operational excellence with substantial experience in Fraud
Ability to work independently and understand complex investigative decisions
Willing to work in rotational shifts and week offs. Support team by extended hours per business requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for keeping our users safe while protecting free speech
Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Responsibilities:
Review Jobs with highest quality and process SLAs
Analyze available data to identify fraud trends and proactively take actions
Interpret and enforce Client policies and protect members from Fraudsters
Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines and policy updates
Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant deep dive and research on Client from multiple languages using Client directed appropriate tools
Work closely with process analysts and support functions and align them with respect to your focus area
