Roles and Responsibilities

Hi,
Warm Greetings!
We are looking for Team Lead- Design (Robotic or General Automation) for a reputed Robotic Automation Company based at Bangalore.
Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in leading Design team. Scheduling and Planning of Design work/Resources.
• Proven experience in successful design and execution of various robotic automation projects in the field of Assembly, Pick & Place, palletising, machine tending and other similar general automation projects.
• Train Team to select standard Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic brought out elements
• Monitor project budget and train team to design within set budgets.
• New technology introduction and implementation
• Interaction with clients for technical discussions, design approval, Customer standards and Scope understanding
• Design validation and Quality checking
• Design approval meeting with customer
• Assistance for solving complex design/Technology/Process

Proposal Engineering and application support

Prepare Detailed part drawings and release for manufacturing

Design Data Management

Implement standards and discipline in the design processes

Travel to customer sites for GEMBA study and subsequent meetings.

Setup standards and implement First time right design practices

Number of years of experience : 10-12
