Team Leader Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Ruloans is Indias leading loan distributor, facilitating a wide range of financial products including Home Loans,
Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loans against Property, Education Loans, Credit Cards, Gold Loans, and more,

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
Drive sales of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) through B2B and B2C channels.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance.
Monitor team KPIs, generate reports, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and client servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Loans or Financial Products domain.
Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with DSA channels is a plus and highly preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
Excellent communication skills.
