Agent recruitment :
- - Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
- - Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
- - Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
Agent Development :
- - Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
- - Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- - Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
- - Meet Business Targets
- - Achievement of key business vectors
- - Improve agent productivity & retention
- - Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender
Responsibilities and Duties :
- - Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
- - Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- - Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification :
Graduate (any discipline) with sales experience of at least 1 Year.
Location: Mumbai & Ahmadabad
Salary & Other Benefits :
- Fixed Salary : 20000-35000 per month
