Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate Needs to have 4 years with Team Handling .
Role brief
The Creative Manager will be a leader of the team containing graphic
designers, animator/motion graphic designers, interactive designers
etc. The incumbent will be responsible for live class experience a visual treat.
Key Result Areas
Lesson Deck Production:
- Giving creative inputs to the Curriculum Design team for
making the lessons engaging
- Creation of visually appealing lesson templates
- Getting the lesson templates created from the graphic
designers
- Leading the creation of assets, vectors etc as required for the
lessons
- Leading the creation of animated videos and interactivities
Project Management:
- Managing volume, timelines and achieving set milestones
Resource planning basis upon project deliverables
Internal stakeholder management:
- Coordinating with the curriculum team for ensuring more
visually appealing lessons
External Stakeholder Management:
- Ensuring quality content output from vendors and freelance
content creators
- Keeping a track of their timelines and output on a regular basis
and other responsibilities that come up from time to time
Key Performance
- Creation of graphics, templates and illustrations by self and the
Indicators team
- Quality of lessons in terms of creativity, engagement,
interactivity and gamification
Project completion as per set timelines, volume and efficiency
- Constant support to the team
- Self-driven initiatives taken towards organizational development
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline
required
- Masters degree is a plus
Experience required
4-6 years of experience in the graphics
design/illustration/motion graphics or other relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in an edtech company is a must,
preferably on live class projects
- Should have an experience of handling a medium-sized team
Skills & personal
Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro,
attribute
After Effects and other relevant softwares
- Working knowledge of Articulate 360 and/or other elearning
interactivity tools
- Hands-on experience working on Google Slides, Microsoft
Powerpoint, Keynote and other presentation softwares
