Come, be a part of our exciting journey Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Source to Pay As a service delivery leader in Genpact, this role is not only high visibility but one that is bound to have very fast-growing potential. And that s why we are looking for a self-starter who is ambitious, agile, and can provide direct leadership to operating teams, enabling them to deliver compelling financial outcomes while improving efficiency Responsibilities- Responsible for service delivery for a / multiple accounts as per agreed SLA s in the MSA/SOW. Should have an in-depth knowledge of various critical metrics across the strategic & tactical sourcing areas. Must be able to independently define boundaries of delivery solution in-scope / out of scope
- Should possess a process centric attitude using Lean and Six Sigma, to deliver results.
- Responsible for the completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activities.
- Drive contractual and realized savings for the client according to the client engagement commercials
- Ensure success against all contractual commitments at a category level (strategic and tactical).
- Responsible to understand and achieve category deliverables, savings commitments, landmarks and obligations, and establish a project plan to meet each.
- Develop client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, category management approach per the 5 step sourcing process.
- Develop combined category sourcing strategy (tactical and strategic) to deliver savings
- Responsible for driving supplier performance, demand management savings, and increasing category compliance.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of a global strategy within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope
- Degree in B.E/B.Tech + MBA
- Significant experience in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management in Manufacturing / BPO industries. Should have experience of Solution Identification and Transitions.
- End to end ownership in terms of understanding the current scenario and stabilization of Source to Pay processes for the assigned client (onsite or remotely) ensuring client happiness and smooth transition to company's operations team
- Strong / hands on experience to ERP systems such as Ariba/Coupa/SAP/Oracle
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners.
- In-depth understanding and hands on of Indirect and Direct Spend Categories, their Buying Patterns
- Stakeholder Management Should have experience in managing, process owners and various other partners
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and research on the data. Able to analyze data, interpret information and produce clear, concise and effective reports
- Able to monitor and manage performance, identify shortfalls and implement remedial action as necessary
- Ability to interpret / challenge the current process and nuances and provide effective solution
- Strong Customer Centric focus with CAN-DO attitude
- Proactive & Persuasive Relationship with Client Partners
- Proficiency in creation and management of RFI / RFP / RFQs
