We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior experience in the BFSI sector to handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate resolutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of banking or financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to banking, financial services, or insurance products
Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information on accounts, transactions, loans, cards, insurance policies, or service requests
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as per defined processes
Ensure adherence to BFSI compliance, data privacy, and security guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and update customer records in CRM systems
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
