    Company: Leading NBFC Firm 

    Role: Business Planning & Analysis

    Experience: 2 years in Financial Planning, Business Planning in the BFSI Industry. 

    Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Finance. 

    Location: Mumbai. 

     

    Role - This job role will require the incumbent to manage & execute the BP&A division activities of the Finance, BP&A and Strategy functions of the company by assisting in all aspects of business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision support within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare comprehensive financial plan, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasts at entity, business segment, and product levels.
    • Coordinate with business units and product teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for accurate forecasting and scenario analysis.
    • Execute maintenance of monthly profitability reports and dashboards, summarising key performance indicators (KPIs) and analysing variations against the plan.
    • Provide analysis on business matters across products and business segments, supporting strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
    • Conduct monthly analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L)statements, performing variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to identify underlying business drivers and performance trends.
    • Disseminate various business indicators through reports, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring key stakeholders have access to timely and actionable insights.
    • Formulate investor and board presentations, including competitive analysis of industry peers, to communicate the financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects effectively.
