Job Description
WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates to join the Individual Fundraising team as Manager Donor Management and Fundraising Operations.
Location: New Delhi
Job Profile:
This position will be responsible for supervising the backend operations and donor management for the Individual Fundraising vertical of WWF India. The incumbent will ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of the team managing donor servicing, coordination with DSAs, Banks, and other related institutions. He/She will also be responsible for the training of in-house & partners/agencies teams on internal systems and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
Support to the verticals of IFR team:
- Provide technical support to the Individual Fundraising team and ensure that all the operations are moving at the desired pace.
- Monitor monthly/quarterly/yearly progress of verticals (Retention and Acquisition) of the IFR team.
- Support the Tele-calling team by providing quality data/leads for calling operations, data analysis, and performance reports.
- Manage donor communication and engagement and monitor progress on key aspects of donor servicing like thanks and acknowledgment, donation receipts, queries, and periodic updates.
- Analyze data and locate trends in resource generation and accordingly evolve plans to improve donor servicing and fundraising.
Others
- Handle mass e-mailing and other digital modes of fundraising.
- Ensure that individual donor servicing and retention practices is fully aligned with WWF Indias branding and communications strategies.
- Provide leadership to the operations team.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- MBA or equivalent with an experience of 8 10 years from a reputed institution (preferred), with a proven track record of managing similar operations. Prior experience in managing donor operations and vendor management in the non-profit/social sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in handling software dedicated to donor servicing, including but not limited to DMSHive, Microsoft Office Suite, (e.g. Word, Excel)
- Experience in planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
- People management skills, strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of fundraising channels
