Job Description

We are Hiring | Assistance Manager International BPO (Voice Process)
Location: Noida & Gurgaon

Job Role: Assistance Manager International Voice Process

Experience Required:
7 years of experience in International BPO Voice Process
Strong experience in team handling, performance management & client metrics

Salary: Up to 10 LPA + 1 LPA variable

(Depending on interview performance & last drawn salary)

Work Details:
5 Days Working
Split Week Offs
24x7 Shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Manage team KPIs & productivity.
Handle escalations and quality metrics.
Coach, mentor & motivate team members.
Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
