We have opening for Purchase executive for our turnkey fit out industry

Experience - 2 to 5 year (turnkey fit out industry)

Location- Bhiwandi 

Salary - 18k to 25k 

Qualification - Graduate.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Understanding specification, design to analyze and procure material detail.
• Ability to source and procure material locally and pan India base Comparisons sheet of three min vendor for the management approval.
• Creating base rates for regular standard materials.
• Negotiating with vendor for viable rates, credit period terms follow up
• Resolve supply, quality and service and invoicing issues with vendors
• Reconciling received materials on and off site both with team members help.
• Loading unloading arrangements with transport facility wherever required
• Evaluate supplier on quality, price, credit, performance standards
• Left over materials from site shifting to companies storage facility or return back the rejected materials to vendors and maintaining the records for invoicing

Skill required 

• Motivated and positive thinker
• Resourceful, self driven ,proactive and independent worker
• Ability to work under stress and tight budget projects
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of various materials relevant to interior industry with new updates
• Physically well presentable, excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Good interaction in other languages like Marathi Guajarati etc.
• Team working and coordination skill. Is must
