Accounts Executive Account Assistant Accountant @ Research

Job Description

Our Client, An MNC, is on the lookout for Accounts Executives.
The responsibilities would include :-
Maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledger accounts of clients, and managing processes in relation to:
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
o Bank reconciliations
o Fixed assets
o Inventory
o Payroll
o Sales / Point of Sale reconciliations
Preparing compliance reports, including Business Activity Statements (to report GST and payroll tax withheld liabilities)
Managing the record keeping for clients including scanning and otherwise entering and maintaining client records using various electronic and internet based record keeping tools
Reporting and contributing internally including
o Maintaining accurate records of time and activities performed for clients
o Preparing session notes and reports
o Utilising job, cost and schedule management tool
o Participating in process and practice management and development activities and initiatives.
Good English Communication skills (both written and verbal).
Qualification: - B.Com / M.Com
Salary Range: - Upto 3.6 LPA
Location:- Jaipur
