Key Accountability(A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)-Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer -Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization. -Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities -Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes. -Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects -Good influencing and negotiation skills. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position): -0 to 5 years of work experience in direct sales. -Should be a Graduate( any discipline) with sales background -Go-getter -High on energy with positive outlook.
Location- Kolkata (Shyambazar)
Age below 30yrs
Salary upto max 2.75 lacs per annum.
