Roles & Responsibility

• Handling customers queries through calls/chat.
• Responsible for inbound calling/chat.
• Assists customer with their issues through phone calls/chat.
• Understands the query and resolve them within the defined TAT.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied.

Candidate must have good communication skills

Candidate must be ready to work in 24*7 Working culture.
