Job Description

Explore contractors for deployment for meeting sanctioned manpower as and when required.
Coordinate with Group company on manpower contract references
Revision of existing policies on new directive and process upgradation.
Formulation of new policies in HR. a) Ensure closing of attendance of all departments by the last day of the month.
Approval of leaves in the system in case of administrative reportees and functional reportees on time.
Ensure updation of amendments of any new statutory requirement by government
Induction & orientation of new joinees
Discussing employee issues individually to come up with amicable solutions.
Counselling employees for cases of retention and on resignation.
Coordinating with Group company for facility related grievances
Administration & General management
Overseeing Corporate Admin. Activities like AMC, Civil, Housekeeping, Vehicle Parking, Furniture & Fixtures,
Monthly reporting to management
Ensure safety at workplace. Ensure Housekeeping at Office and Peripheral
