Job Description

• Explore contractors for deployment for meeting sanctioned manpower as and when required.
• Coordinate with Group company on manpower contract references
• Revision of existing policies on new directive and process upgradation.
• Formulation of new policies in HR. a) Ensure closing of attendance of all departments by the last day of the month.
• Approval of leaves in the system in case of administrative reportees and functional reportees on time.
• Ensure updation of amendments of any new statutory requirement by government
• Induction & orientation of new joinees
• Discussing employee issues individually to come up with amicable solutions.
• Counselling employees for cases of retention and on resignation.
• Coordinating with Group company for facility related grievances
• Administration & General management
• Overseeing Corporate Admin. Activities like AMC, Civil, Housekeeping, Vehicle Parking, Furniture & Fixtures,
• Monthly reporting to management
• Ensure safety at workplace.   Ensure Housekeeping at Office and Peripheral
