Job Description

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives
-
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR rounds
-
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up trackers
-
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
-
Coordinate walk-in drives and interview logistics
-
Communicate interview status and feedback to candidates
-
Assist in offer rollouts and candidate documentation
-
Coordinate joining formalities and induction support
-
Ensure timely follow-ups with selected candidates
-
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports
-
Update ATS / Excel trackers with accurate candidate data
-
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance
-
MBA / MSW / PGDM / Graduation (HR specialization preferred)
-
Freshers or candidates seeking recruitment exposure
-
Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
-
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, documentation)
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Professional communication

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Experience in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment
