We TELEPERFORMANCE- one of the largest companies are Hiring Executives for our E-Commerce client.

Hope you are doing well and keeping yourself safe.

Amidst the insecurity in the market about losing jobs, we are still hiring.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Resolve customers' queries in both english and hindi
* Handle customers with empathy and provide solutions.
* Giving update on customers' orders(Shipment).
* Resolving queries and requests based on cancellation of products and refunds.
* Maintaining a good rapport throughout the call.

Minimum Skills Required:
* Excellent communication. Proficient in both Hindi and English.
* UG/PG
* Minimum 1 year experience required.

Mandates:
6 days working
