DESIGNATION: Assistant Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Process invoices, vouchers, expense reports etc. with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
2. 3 Way matching, Match Invoices with Purchase Orders/ Non PO and verify payment terms- Prepare reconciliation and other reporting responsibilities.
3. Handles vendor and internal usercorrespondence via phone or email.
4. Knowledge of SAP or any other Accounting software, TDS and GST regime
5. Commerce Graduate, having 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable process in Indian Industry.
6. Ready to join on immediate basis or maximum in 30 days would be preferred.
7. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience /Knowledge.
