Junior Accounts Executive Billing (FMCG)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive (Billing) to handle daily billing operations, invoice processing, and support accounting activities in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 12 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process sales invoices and billing entries accurately
• Verify billing data with orders, dispatch, and delivery details
• Maintain records of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for billing accuracy
• Track and update accounts receivable and collections
• Assist in GST-compliant invoicing and documentation
• Reconcile billing data with accounting records
• Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Familiarity with Tally / ERP systems/Zoho books
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

---

Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA / Finance-related degree
• 0-3 years of experience (freshers can apply)

---

Preferred Skills 

• Exposure to FMCG billing or distributor invoicing
• Knowledge of GST billing procedures
• Experience handling high-volume transactions
