Project Manager - IT in a Leading University @ Fortune Human Capital

Job Description

Implementing the clients project management framework as they deploy their assigned technology projects.
Ensuring assigned projects are completed within identified schedules and costs, while meeting executive sponsor needs
Assembling project deliverables such as scope documents and schedules
Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders
Guiding and managing coordination with internal clients resources and external business partners
Establishing and preparing formal reports on project progress for main stakeholders
Supporting the PMO in defining and implementing documents for control and management of projects in India and across regions
Proactive, quick problem-solving skills when issues arise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently, across time zones, and with minimal supervision

Required Candidate profile

Technical Skills
Programming : ASP.net, C#, MVC, Angular, JQUERY, Nods.JS
DB: MS SQL Server, MariaDB
Project Management Tools : JIRA,REDMINE
Server Management
Backup Management
Process Automation
Team Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.tech) overall 8-12 Yrs exp in which 3-5 years professional experience into project/program management
Prior experience in a software development environment
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA,REDMINE,MS Project and other tracking tools such as OS Tickets etc
Stakeholder relationship management
Proactive, yet positive attitude
Familiarity with security industry a plus
CAPM or Scum certification a great plus

Should have knowledge / experience in LMS

Should only be from Higher Education industry
