This would be the right opportunity for candidates having required skills and qualities in field of Seed Production.
- Experienced with field activities and operational matters related to Seed production.

- More than 3 years work experience in seed industry

- Experience in seed production techniques.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills; ability to communicate information to growers in a manner that is easily understandable.
Ability to adapt changing environment situation needs.
Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests. -
- Adaptability:
- Maintain close rapport between Farmers & Quality Analysis Department for enhancing production bases & timely supply of material.
Position requires:
Being able to walk seed production fields in any weather
Working 7 days a week during critical time of year
Travel by two wheeler in seed production area
Extensive frequent travel during peak times of the year
10% work performance in office environment & 90% work performance in field location with co - workers, growers & organizers.
Collaboration with cross functional teams for efficiency & effectiveness. -
