Night Shift

Mumbai, Malad

Qualification: Graduation in IT, Computers.

DO:

• User provisioning in various in-house and vendor based applications.
• Troubleshoot L1 issues of client users that are accessing SS&C GlobeOp Systems.
• Role Management in applications.
• Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users
• Escalate, coordinate and follow up relevant issues to the next level or department as required
• Setup client users as per the request to access our systems.
• Recertification of access rights of employees
• Terminate the employee access with immediate effect on the virtue of the employee resignation.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities

• Knowledge of documenting process
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to details, in particular as it relates to compliance and accuracy of data

Deliver:

• Resolve footprints in timely fashion
• Complete the tasks within the time frame that is set
• Provide assistance for level1 issues to all the users, i.e. internal and external.
• While executing the tasks all the compliance requirements should be met.
• Design and create the demo ids that are used to deliver the demo to prospects

Provide reports of user access details as requested by the management
