Job Location: Bangalore

Exp: 6 to 12 Years

Notice Period: 60 Days to Bangalore candidate, immediate to outstation Candidates.

• Provide technical support for and specialize in all IPSec VPN and SSL VPN technologies.
• In-depth knowledge about IPSec technologies: Site to Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, EzVPN, DMVPN.
• In-depth knowledge about SSL technologies: Webvpn, Anyconnect VPN and advanced features.
• Implementing VPN technologies in Cisco ASA, ISR and ASR devices.
• On call troubleshooting for critical clients all over the world facing top priority networking issues.
• Highest level of support for Network Security
• Handling critical and major escalations and resolving them promptly and skillfully.
• Replicating critical customer network scenarios in the lab and root cause analysis of the issue.
• Filing software bugs and working with the developers in resolving them promptly.
• Studying packet headers, packet captures, HTTPWatch and trace log files for extensive root cause analysis.
• Writing technical articles on Cisco Knowledge Base.
• Flexible to work on 24*7 environment (Including night shift).
