Job Description
*ShowsAdequateknowledge of applicable laws and the regulatory environment (Mining laws, Mines act, MMDR, Environment law- PC, EP Water act, Land laws&Panchyat act etc.) in order to ensure compliance of own activities
*Shows Adequate knowledge on Cement Manufacturing and Raw Material requirements
*Understands and applies strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory environment to monitor compliance , rectify deviations and ensure compliance of complex/, high visibility/risk activities
*Shows adequate knowledge of geology science (methods and practices related to exploration) to carry out own job tasks
*Shows Strongknowledge of statistical tools for geological surveys and related IT tools (SURPAC, data mine, QSO, CADE etc) sufficient to supporting activities within his own job area
*Shows awareness of the mining methods (open-cut mining (truck-and-shovel, strip mining, quarrying and dragline) sufficient to provide inputs into mining plans room own work area and support with documentation
*Exhibits adequate knowledge of equipments relevant to own work area in order to ensure timely action in case of breakdowns and planned maintenance activities
*Shows basic skills in identifying key external stakeholders relevant to own area and developing good working relationships with them
*Demonstrates strong ability to develop relationships with key external/internal stakeholders to support achievement of DBEL objectives
*Demonstrates mastery in developing networks and leveraging key external/internal stakeholders government/ local bodies/ community/ leaders/ political representatives) to meet company objectives
*Understands and applies strong knowledge of mining operations and process to coordinate between the sections for resource utilization in a manner that achieves high productivity and achieves targets
*Demonstrates strong understanding of resource requirement, operations targets and mining plan to prepare operations & resource plans from own functional area
*Demonstrates strong knowledge of QC standards and techniques to define SoPs for QC planning and implementation and monitor production quality
*Shows adequate awareness of accounting & finance principles (Debit, credit, bank guarantee, reconciliation etc.) sufficient to understand & monitor, financial impact in own work area
*Shows adequate understanding of SLAs and commercial contracts in own work area to monitor service delivery and highlight variances
*Shows basic knowledge of cost elements and cost implications of activities in own work area for cost effective execution
*Demonstrates adequate knowledge of requirement of internal systems like ISO, EHS, OHSAS, QMS (Hazards operations, Risk analysis Job safety Analysis), internal department manuals, Sops and code of conduct and other policies and systems in order to ensure compliantworking in own work area
*Demonstrates adequate knowledge of requirement of internal systems in order to ensure compliantworking in own work area
*Shows basic knowledge of the preparation of MIS and reports specific to certain job areas sufficient to compile reports in a manner that ensures timely availability of related information
*Demonstrates strong understanding of multiple MIS Reports and ability to infer trends based on the data available
*Demonstrates a strong understanding various reporting systems used to create report formats that can provide data in a manner that is easy to interpret and draw long term conclusions
