Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients holding physical share certificates
Explain the physical-to-demat conversion process and its benefits
Generate and qualify leads for the sales and operations teams
Handle client queries related to documentation, KYC, timelines, and process
Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of demat conversion
Maintain accurate call logs and client data in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with operations team for smooth processing of requests

Key Skills Required

Telecalling / Telesales experience (BFSI preferred)
Basic knowledge of Demat accounts and securities
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Client handling and follow-up abilities

Understanding of KYC and documentation
