Job Description
We are hiring EXECUTIVE - CRM (4 -7 + Years Experience in Logistics Industry - Immediate Joiner - MALE CANDIDATE WILL BE PREFERRED ) behalf of our leading client for Multiple location in India (Locations ;Bangalore, Ahmedabad,Chennai,Delhi,Hyderabad,
Kolkata,Mumbai,&Chandigarh .)
Following as the detailed JD:
The incumbent would be responsible for managing and continually improving the C- Sat score/ index to bring Customer Delight .
Drive CRM Strategy aimed at encouraging Client retention and loyalty.
To track and note every customer, to collect data.
Analyse every customer business growth monthly and yearly
Targeting and acquiring competitors' customers.
Winning/ regaining-back lost customers.
Maximizing customer lifetime value strategies.
Champion the CRM department in their respective region. This entails assessing and managing the remote customer service team to continually improve processes and outcomes.
Branch wise customers data compilation
Experience- Total 4 -7 years of work Experience in Logistics Industry is mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Excellent analytical abilities and customer complaint resolving skills.
Keen attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Expertise on CRM SOP's & processes
Proficiency in CRM Software

- Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree In Any Discipline or M.Com/ MBA/MCA/M. Sc / MA /M.Tech Or Any PG Equivalent .
