Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support business reporting through accurate data analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports with a strong focus on attrition and shrinkage analysis, maintaining dashboards, handling PMS-related data, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Role Overview
The MIS Executive will support data management and reporting activities by preparing regular MIS reports, analyzing attrition and shrinkage metrics, and maintaining dashboards. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to attrition, shrinkage, headcount, hiring, attendance, and PMS data.
- Track and analyze vertical-wise attrition and shrinkage trends and present insights to management teams.
- Maintain dashboards and periodic PowerPoint presentations for reviews and leadership meetings.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reports and systems.
- Coordinate with various business and support teams to collect data and generate MIS reports.
- Support PMS cycles by managing data files, trackers, and reports.
- Automate and streamline repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel tools.
- Provide timely support for ad hoc data and reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas; Power Query/Macros preferred).
- Experience in preparing attrition and shrinkage reports is mandatory.
- Good understanding of metrics, data interpretation, and reporting standards.
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating reports in PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and accuracy-focused approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
