Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. Your expected to build long lasting customer relationship that create deep customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Responsibilities:
Team Handling of CSRs in Chennai & Bangalore.
Build and maintain relationships with our customers with empathy, timeliness, and transparency
Manage incoming calls, emails to Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions,
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and overall health scores
Product around driving product roadmap
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
