Job Description:-

Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly
Managing the existing agents.
Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
Ensure the agent's productivity and activation.
Training and agent life cycle management.
Brand development by conducting road shows.
Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month.
Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, & Operations.
