Job Description
We, Machtig Corporation are manufacturers of Induction Motors of various range and applications.
We are looking for candidates who can help us expand our business by the mean of Sales and Marketing.
The main vision of hiring candidates from local area is to overcome language barriers, monetary and non-monetary issues.
- The candidate must visit the local customers / distributors / dealers / users in his area / region / territory assigned to sell the products and services offered by Machtig Corporation.
- The candidate should take timely follow-ups from the leads, customers and or anyone so related to the business.
- The candidate must give daily report to the company stating his daily routine, meetings, appointments, schedules, etc.
- The candidate must give weekly report in excel sheet stating details about the leads generated, follow-ups, closures, etc.
- Since the candidate will be offered best incentives, he/she is free to appoint the tele-caller for himself to reduce some work pressures.
- In this case, the candidate must inform the company about this activity.
- Company is not liable to pay to the appointed tele-caller.

- This will be purely target & incentive based job. No fixed salary is given. But we pay excellent incentives to our BDM's.
- The candidate should have industrial sales background in similar field.
- Min. 3 years of experience required.
- Good command over language. English, Hindi and State Language communication skill is must.
- Should have skills to manage CRM's, Management Software's, etc.
- Should have good knowledge in operating Email, Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Internet etc.
- The candidate should also possess extra skills like spontaneous decision taking, professionalism, following ethics, team work and respect towards work culture.
