Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling backend operations and data processing.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Coordinating with internal teams for process completion.
Ensuring quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Meeting performance and productivity targets.
Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational (Majorly US Shift / Night Shift).
5 days working and 2 days fixed week-off (Saturday & Sunday).
2 ways cab facility will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate is mandator.
Fresher/ Minimum 6 months experience in a Backoffice role.
Strong communication skills.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
In-Hand Salary: 21,000-24,000 per month.
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 9000.
