Job Overview

Manager Corporate Security will be responsible for resource supporting Americas on administrative tasks. The Corporate Security Administrative Support role is responsible for providing structured, analytical, and governance-focused support to the Americas Corporate Security function. The position ensures accurate MIS reporting, effective vendor administration, and continuous compliance tracking across multiple sites, enabling leadership to maintain operational oversight, audit readiness, and SLA adherence across the region.


Job Description

Daily Reporting & MIS Management

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Security leadership.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sites and convert it into dashboards, summaries, or trackers.
  • Track KPIs such as incident trends, guard performance, system uptime, and compliance scores.
  • Maintain centralized trackers for escalations, open issues, task closures, and SLA performance.

Vendor Management & Administrative Oversight

  • Maintain vendor documentation contracts, SLAs, compliance certificates, attendance records.
  • Track guard strength, deployment charts, overtime requests, and invoice supporting documents.
  • Prepare summary sheets for vendor billing verification and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain updated contact lists of vendor managers, supervisors, and site SPOCs.

Policy & Compliance Administration

  • Ensure all sites adhere to corporate security policies and documentation requirements.
  • Track compliance for fire drills, security audits, risk assessments, and statutory checks.
  • Maintain digital compliance dashboards and flag noncompliances for closure.

Sustainability

  • Promote judicious use of natural resources.
  • Adhere to the organizations environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

b. Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. For more detailed explanation, follow the ABMS manual.

Education

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate or global equivalent.

Experience

  • 1 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
