Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage complete domestic and international corporate travel arrangements for employees and C-Suite leadership.
  • Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle Business and Work Visa coordination, documentation, and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational travel policies and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate outdoor meetings, leadership offsites, AOP meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Manage venue bookings, event logistics, accommodation, hospitality arrangements, and transportation coordination.
  • Handle vendor negotiation and vendor empanelment for travel agencies, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and event partners.
  • Negotiate corporate rates, annual contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors.
  • Monitor travel expenses, identify cost leakages, and implement corrective measures for cost optimization.
  • Prepare analytical reports, MIS dashboards, budgeting analysis, and travel spend reports for management review.
  • Track travel utilization, vendor performance, savings analysis, and compliance metrics.
  • Handle emergency travel changes, rescheduling, and last-minute arrangements efficiently.
  • Maintain travel MIS reports, vendor databases, agreements, and expense tracking systems.
  • Lead and manage the travel desk team to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Required Skills & Expertise


  • Strong expertise in Corporate & Business Travel Coordination.
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements for employees and C-Suite executives.
  • Hands-on experience in Business and Work Visa processing.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and vendor empanelment experience.
  • Expertise in event management and outdoor corporate meeting coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and cost leakage control.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and travel analytics.
  • Knowledge of travel policy compliance and cost optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate travel and event management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and travel management systems.
  • Experience working in healthcare, corporate, or large organizations is preferred.
